Curious and bizarre designs have always

multi-functional building, Dynamic Tower is no
different. It will also accommodate hotels, residential rooms and
offices. Unveiled in 2008, when Fisher made the statement for its
expected completion will take place till 2011. So far the construction
has not started. Hope for commencement of construction to take place
soon in near future.
Dynamic Tower has
planned as a 420 ft high comprising 80 floors in totality. The appealing
element is that those 80 floors will rotate independently. Each floor
will rotate 6 meters per minute as in whole it will be 90 minutes for
full rotation. With rotational technology it will also designed as
prefabricated skyscraper with each floor consist of 40 factory built
modules which helps in reducing the number of workers and cost of the
building. But the greater benefits of these modules are that will speed
the construction process.
The rotation of the building will command
by voice over on central column which will control by wind turbines.
These wind turbines will generate the energy for the production of
electricity for the building. Electricity can also generate by solar
energy. The building has designed in such a way that the temperature in
the interior part will be optimum irrespective of variation in weather
condition. Being the multi-functional building first 20 floors is of
retail shops, next 15 for hotels, another next 35 floors are of
residential apartments and lastly, the top 10 floors will contain villa
style apartments. On paper the project is very huge and innovative. Hope
to see the same at practical level also.
